CHARLIE ROSE: Robert Reich is here. He is professor of public policy
at the University of California, Berkeley. He was the secretary of labor
under President Clinton from 1993 until 1997.
"TIME" magazine named him one of the ten most successful cabinet
members of the 20th century. He’s also written 12 books. The latest is
"Aftershock -- the Next Economy and America’s Future." It says that wealth
disparity between the rich and middle class lead to both the Great
Depression and the recent economic crisis.
I’m pleased to have Robert Reich back on this program. Welcome.
